Merry Christmas! As 2014 comes to an end we look back and see a year full of blessings. We see God's providing hand and protection over this ministry and we have nothing to say more than 'thank you!' Thanks be to God first and foremost and thanks to each and every one of you for partnering with us through prayer and financial help as well. We know Impacto belongs to the Lord and we are honored to be a part of this ministry and have such giving and loving partners. In this letter we wanted to share with you a small glimpse of what the month of December held for Impacto Ministry. We held Zona Cero, a youth camp where many youth came to the Lord, many reconciled and many more made commitments to serve Him. We also celebrated Christmas with the Pastors, Happy Tummy kids and moms, Abuelitas and Impacto workers. Thank you to all who have left clothes and other items (shoes, toys, etc.) behind for these Christmas celebrations. The Impacto staff is rejoicing in the fact that we saw some of the people who work alongside us give their hearts to the Lord! Two of these souls won were, Tula (the cook at Happy Tummies) and Abraham (the male teacher at Happy Tummies). We rejoice with these two people who both hold a very special place in our hearts. Thanks again to each of you; we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Pastor Luis' Corner
I suppose that in a lot of places where you are receiving this e-mail it is very cold. This makes me reflect on that night more than 2,000 years ago when Joseph and Mary knocked on several doors. For sure, they must have been worried about where they would spend the night, especially with Mary's contractions worsening as she was getting closer to giving birth. It seems that there are no words to describe the answer people were giving to the King of Kings: a harsh "NO!" It is incredible to think that after 2,000 years, that same King is still knocking at the door of many hearts and hearing the same harsh "NO!" Revelation 3:20 says,
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens
the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me (NIV).
If you have yet to invite Him, with your mouth, to come in, this without a doubt would be the best present for the birthday "boy." Give Him your heart. If you have never done this and you would like to, you can do it today with this simple prayer: "Lord, thank you for sending your Son to earth through Mary and that He died on the cross for my sins. Today, I invite You to enter my heart and to be my Savior. Thank you. Amen."
If you prayed this prayer please share with me your good news!
Feliz Navidad!
Pastor Luis F. Martinez
