Praises and Requests                                                June 2016

Praises:
  • The women's retreat held earlier this week was a total shock to us all! We had such an amazing outcome -- 220 women where there! We were prepared for 130 and witnessed a miracle when God multiplied everything from materials, to presents, to food! His presence was felt that day and we know all this is for His glory!
  • God is moving here in Guatemala, we are seeing God's people wanting to learn more and growing closer to Him and we are seeing those who do not know Him yet wanting to become His.
  • More teams arrived to minister this week and we are so thankful for what God is doing through them! We cannot wait to see what He will do through the rest of those coming to minister alongside Impacto.
  • Praise God we are seeing some awesome changes in our Happy Tummies families! Most of the moms were present for the ladies retreat and it was a joy to be able to share with them!
     
  • We are thankful to God for Sarah P.'s life; in a few days she will be celebrating another year of life! We praise God for bringing Sarah into the Impacto family! 
  • We are so thankful to all the father's out there who have loved and raised their families to follow God's path. Happy Father's Day!
I have a verse for you...

"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved."  When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus."  Acts 4:12-13


  Requests:
  • We need more sponsors for the Happy Tummies Public School, please consider partnering with us to feed these children physically and spiritually.
  • We are praying that God will touch the hearts of people to come to Guatemala and serve full time with Impacto.
  • For God's protection of the teams and our staff as the rainy season has hit hard the past couple of days; please pray for safe travels.
  • We know satan is not happy with the work being done in Guatemala, please pray for God's light to shine through any and all situations.
  • Our staff is not fully funded, please prayerfully consider supporting the ministry of our staff members.
  • May God give wisdom to fathers everywhere raising God-fearing children.
