In the blink of an eye this year has almost come to an end. All we can say about 2017 is that we saw the hand of God at work every single day. There were happy days and less happy days, but God never wavered. Our God is a sovereign God, and through the hard times we were able to rejoice in Him and feel His presence. As we look back on our year and the ministry we've been able to be a part of, we give all praise to Him. To God be all the glory and honor and praise for ever and ever!

Zona Cero

We are in the middle of our annual youth camp, Zona Cero! The energy these young people give off is so contagious! We aren't even half way through and we already see God working in the lives of the youth! Many of them have come here broken, on the brink of giving up, carrying their own burdens, and trying to stand on their own. In the last 24 hours we have seen them surrender to God, give in to Him, and lean on Him completely! For many of them, this past week was hard and the enemy tried very hard to keep them from being here, but God prevailed. Our prayer is that God will rain down on the campers, that He may engulf them in His embrace, that they may feel the fire of the Holy Spirit upon them, and that they may leave here being a light, shinning brighter than ever. To God's glory!

End of the Year Giving Campaign

We are raising funds to be able to add another school to our Happy Tummies program starting next year. There is a lot of planning and work that needs to go into this new school but our staff feels God leading us to it. The most important thing we need from you is prayer. Please pray that we may be a light in this new community and that many will come to know Jesus as their Savior through the Happy Tummies ministry. We also need for you to come and minister alongside us. There is just something so impacting about hearing a foreigner telling you about God's love! And lastly we need your monetary support. It is not cheap to feed a school full of kids, however, we have seen God provide time and time again and we have no doubt in our hearts He will do it again. Please prayerfully consider joining us on this new adventure and keep this new Happy Tummies lifted in prayer.

Pastor Luis' Corner

Christmas season has started and the Lord gave me a passage during this season. He showed me other great purposes to celebrate the season.

Isaiah 61:1-3 says, "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the
Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor (poor of spirit);
He has sent me to heal the broken-hearted to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn, to preserve those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise

for the spirit of heaviness and that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified." (MEV)

So, during any crisis we might face He is with us, ready to comfort us, to heal us, to love us, to lead and direct us, because He planted us like trees. Let's be strong like the oak tree, with Him everything is possible!
