Impacto seeks support to provide opportunities for malnourished children to have a better life. Once their little bodies begin to get better nourishment, it has the ripple effect of making them able to focus on what their teacher is trying to teach them. One of the best things to see is when they feel so much better and "perk up!" Frowns, blank faces, and timidity become smiles, sparkling eyes, and hugs. They begin to sing the Christian songs, repeat Bible verses, and often beg for a Bible story.
Impacto recently launched the 2nd Public School HT campaign. The principal and teachers of this school have been begging us to come help their children and after visiting and praying, we know this is what God is leading us to do. In order to carry out this God-driven project, we decided to make it our end-of-year fundraising priority. By making a gift you will help transform the lives of this public school community.
