We are 2 weeks into our summer season and already 65 souls came to Christ and many, many seeds were planted! All glory be to God! It’s always such a blessing to host teams; we enjoy watching them bless others and we enjoy watching them be blessed just the same. We praise God and are so thankful to each team that comes to minister alongside Impacto. Each team adds something to the ministry. Each team plants seeds. Each team brings someone closer to Christ. Each team makes a difference. Each team is used by God. Thank you for coming to minister alongside us, thank you for obeying His call to the Great Commission.

Please join us in praising God and crying out to Him with the praises and requests below.
Praises

  • We praise God for such an awesome harvest of souls already this summer, to Him, and Him alone, be all the glory!

  • We are so thankful to God for the provision for the computer teacher! Our hope is that the kids will learn so much!

  • Praise Jesus the Bible Institute is going strong, all the students are eager to learn and excited to graduate one day in the future.

Requests

  • This Sunday is Election Day for the country of Guatemala, the elections will be nationwide for a new president and new local authorities. Please pray for God’s will to be done and for His mercy to shine over this beautiful country.

  • Please lift our staff in your prayers as we continue with our season of teams; pray for energy, grace, and strength.

  • We ask that you continue to pray for Tony and the situation he is facing, please pray for a final resolution.

  • Join us in praying for provision. This year we have seen God’s astonishing provision; as humans we have felt nervous and even anxious with not reaching our financial goals, however, He has provided every single time.
Stitches of Blessings

Stitches of Blessings is 7 years old! This ministry, like our other ministries, is so special. Each year we prayerfully chose 15-20 women to participate. We meet with the women once a month for two mornings (8am-12pm). This allows them to be home and tend to their families for lunch. Each month we work on a new project. During the months of June, July, and August we will usually meet more often as different teams bring new projects for the women to work on. The women love spending time with the teams, forming friendships and bonds, and hearing their different testimonies. Half of the women in the class are believers; the other half are not. Before starting each class, we have a time of devotions and prayer. We do this in the hope that those who are nonbelievers will come to know Christ, confess with their mouths that He is their Lord and Savior and form a relationship with Him.

In 7 years, we have been able to give 121 sewing machines with the hope of empowering each woman who has received one. This means that there are 121 families who, we hope, have been impacted for good by Stitches of Blessings
Cornelio (Cornelius)

This is Abuelito Cornelio. If you’ve been here, you know Cornelio loves to hug and kiss. He is so affectionate and so grateful for the love being poured into him that he is just itching to give it back. So, if you’ll be here later this year enjoy Cornelio and all the hugs and kisses he’ll be anxious to give!
When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
