GIVE GOD THE PRAISE FOR PROGRESS

July 16, 2021 by impacto

As we say goodbye to our last team of the summer and we switch gears we want to share with you a few praises and requests. We ask you to bring to God in prayer with and for us

Praises

  • We are so happy and praise God that we were able to host 3 amazing teams and 1 awesome week of training for all 4 Happy Tummies!
  • We know we often mention the Bible Institute but we cannot help but feel so grateful that many of you have supported and continue to support. The number of churches and individuals joining virtually is incredible. Moreover, the students (a large majority being pastors) are all part of a group chat and the prayer requests, encouragement, teaching, and learning fills us with gladness. The fellowship has touched the personal lives of the students. Especially during this time of alienation, the students/pastors have formed a village, a support system, and multiple prayer partners.
  • The construction has begun on our first duplex/cabin in Xejuyu! This is one step closer to us being able to host teams, Pastors Congress, Bible Conference, VBS, and Zona Cero at Xejuyu! Thank you to all who have so selflessly supported the construction.

And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,”

and he was called God’s friend.

James 2:23

Requests

  • Please join us in prayer as we pray for the political, spiritual, and medical unrest we are seeing all over the world. Our heart aches for our brothers and sisters in Christ as well as those lost souls who still need to hear the Good News.
  • Please pray as we continue to raise funds for construction and monthly internet for the Bible Institute.
  • We are praying that God will send the funds for our Christmas festival this year. Like last year, we plan on making a big basket filled with essential food as well as nice Christmas treats. We would also like to give a snack and/or meal per festivity. While we plan to be able to celebrate with the community, it will still look different from years prior.
