Impacto Ministry Inc is committed to maintaining your privacy and collecting your data by means that are legal and transparent. This document declares the undertakings of Impacto Ministry Inc in relation to how it handles your personal data.
What information do we collect and how is it used?
We collect information from you when you make a donation, sign up to be on our mailing list and monthly e-letter updates, or serve on a mission team that comes to Guatemala.
When making a donation via PayPal on our website, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or bank account information. PayPal does not allow us access to your financial information due to privacy laws. Your mailing address and email address will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or distributed by Impacto Ministry Inc.
Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:

-- To send you information and updates concerning your donations.
-- To provide tax deductible receipts, in January of each year, via email and/or the US Post Office.
-- To send you electronic updates and monthly news, if you agree to receive our newsletters.
All personal/sensitive information that is relayed verbally or mailed to our office in the form of checks or in other written form is handled only by authorized personnel who are required to keep the information confidential. Your private credit card and other financial information will not be stored on our own servers.
