Happy Independence Day Guatemala! Today, September 15, we celebrate 205 years of Independence! We have so much to be grateful for, so keep reading to know some of our Praises as well as Prayer Requests.

• We praise God for allowing us to live and serve in this beautiful country, and we praise Him for another year to celebrate independence. We praise Him for the liberty we can experience while sharing the Word of God! Praise God for allowing us to share about Him in public, in schools, on the streets, and much more!
• We praise God for safe travels for Pastor Luis and Pastor Tony as they traveled to and from Equatorial Guinea. So much work was done and God’s name was glorified. We’re hoping to share more information about their trip in the days to come. [At the bottom of this e-letter we are including pictures of three churches they visited.]
• We are so immensely grateful for all that God has done. We thank Him for all our supporters. Those who support in prayer, by joining teams, through monetary gifts, and more!
• As we transition into the fall season and prepare to host our fall teams, we are filled with gratitude knowing the teams coming will share the Gospel and honor God by being His hands and feet.

Prayer Requests

One Big Prayer Request for Two Meaningful Ministry Events!

Please pray with us—and if you are able, please give—to help fund Zona Cero and the Christmas Festival. These two ministry events are among the hardest to raise funds for, but they are also deeply meaningful and full of opportunity.

Over the years, Zona Cero has reached many young people, and today we are seeing beautiful fruit—adults who once attended as teens are now leading in their churches and communities. Because Zona Cero is coming in November, the funds raised in the coming weeks will help determine how many students we can welcome and how fully we can prepare for them. We are seeing a young generation that is hungry for more and longing to see revival. Would you prayerfully consider helping us make this possible? Your prayers and support help us reach youth, prepare them for what is happening now and what is to come, and continue discipling them long after the event ends. Many of the teens who come in November will stay connected with a camp counselor, a pastor, someone from our executive team, or friends from the U.S. and Canada. We will keep guiding them, discipling them, and praying for them.

It is easy to say each generation is getting worse—but what if, together, we could help each generation draw closer to God? What if three days of Biblical teaching, prayer, Godly encounters, encouragement, and yes, fun too, could help change the direction of a young person’s life?

The Christmas Festival is another beautiful opportunity to bless families in a tangible way. Helping provide groceries for a Christmas celebration can turn a day that might feel heavy with hunger or sadness into one filled with warmth, laughter, and hope. Through your generosity, families will receive a live chicken for making traditional Christmas tamales, a special Christmas treat, and practical staples such as eggs, salt, sugar, beans, corn, and more. As we begin preparing for these families, your timely gifts make a real difference. What a gift to know that, on Christmas Day, your kindness helped bring smiles, full tummies, and a deeper sense of joy to families we love. Would you consider being part of that blessing?
