We have a lot to be thankful for this month! Below we would like to share with you some Praises as well as some Requests that you can bring to the Lord on our behalf.
PRAISES
- Praise God earlier this month we were able to host a medical team from New York! They held 4 days of medical clinics where they tended to more than 400 people!
- Glory be to God, during the medical clinics we saw 6 people come to Christ! Many come for physical healing and receive spiritual healing and eternal salvation.
- This week God gave us the privilege of hosting two teams from Iowa and Alabama. They have been serving the people of Guatemala wholeheartedly. We know many will be introduced to Jesus and to God’s love through these willing teams.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the
world, but to save the world through him.
John 3:16-17
PRAYER REQUESTS
- We ask that you continue to lift all teams in prayer. This year we have over 30 teams scheduled and ask that you help us pray for their safety while traveling, while in country, for God to use them in mighty ways, that they will share the Gospel, and that they will be blessed upon their return home.
- Please join us in praying for God’s provision. It is very common for us to have two or three teams share a week; this has shown us the great need we have for a second quad at Xejuyu. We need to raise US$156,000 to do this. A friendly reminder, we do more than host teams in this compound, it is used for Zona Cero Youth Camp, Pastor’s Congress, Bible Conference, and many locals use it for other activities. In each one, God is glorified, and His Gospel to shared.
- Please, continue to lift in prayer our staff. This has been the most ‘normal’ year after COVID; which means, many of our ministries that had been put on hold or had restrictions are resuming as normal. We are training our workers, as well as examining our staff and ministries to make sure we are doing the best for the community and God’s will.
