NOVEMBER PRAISES & REQUESTS! LOOK AT THAT BEAUTIFUL FULL MOON AT XEJUYU!

Nov. 15, 2022 by Impacto

Can you believe we are halfway through November?! As we prepare the last large ministry events of the year, we wanted to share some Praises and Requests with you.

Below are some Praises and Requests we ask you to lift in prayer for this month.

  • We praise God for the teams that have been here this year. Each of you have come to encourage us and fill our cups and we are beyond grateful for that.
  • We are grateful for all the churches that have invited Pastor Luis to spend a weekend with them. Remember, if you want Pastor Luis to visit your congregation you can contact Sarah Poythress at [email protected].
  • We are grateful for all those who have rallied around us this year in prayer and support. The amount of people that were reached by your efforts is enormous!

Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.

Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

Psalm 103:1-2

  • We would like for you to keep the Christmas Festival in your prayers. During the Christmas Festival we have 2 main goals. (1) Bless the families with their Christmas baskets filled with staple food items and Christmas goodies, plus their live chickens. (2) Share the gospel of Jesus Christ with over 200 families. About half of these families are non-believers. We will share the gospel through message and through our actions and gifts. If you would still like to send a gift to support Impacto with Christmas baskets we would be very grateful. Each basket, including the chicken, is US$55. You can donate through our website or by clicking on DONATE NOW .
  • Zona Cero, our youth camp, is also coming up. We have been hard at work preparing our hearts to minister to the youth of Guatemala. This will be our first youth camp since 2019! A good percentage of the teens coming are non-believers. And if a believer brings a non-believer friend they get in free! This camp is very important to our youth. We are seeing many young men and women who were once part of Zona Cero become pastors and leaders in their church. Many of them have shared that they first felt the calling while at Zona Cero! This is extremely humbling to hear, and we give God all the glory! If you would like to partner with us you can donate through our website or by clicking on DONATE NOW .
