A major, exciting praise – 15 people have received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in the first 15 days of July! Below we’d like to share this and other praises with you, as well as some requests we ask you bring to God in prayer.

  • We have been able to share the Gospel with many during different special events, thanks to some awesome teams that came and ministered alongside us. During the first 15 days of July, we have seen 15 people make the decision to come to Christ! We are rejoicing with our 15 new brothers/sisters in Christ!
  • We praise God because the last few teams that have come have been able to visit some our Nueva Vida Churches. Teams have spent time, led activities, and shared resources with the churches which has been big encouragement to each church.
  • We praise God for His protection over the teams that have been here this summer. He has been Good and has kept everyone safe, we saw a few contingencies but God always had a plan and was one step ahead.

Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.

If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

Matthew 21:21-22

  • We ask that you join us in prayer for health and safety for the teams coming the rest of this summer. Pray that their trips will run smoothly and that God be with them and us every step of the way.
  • Please pray for our churches. This world needs Jesus. So many need His love and forgiveness and many need to grow in their relationship with Him. Pray for the leadership of the churches, that their cups will be filled so that they may fill others.

URGENT REQUEST:  We are working on remodeling part of the Happy Tummies in Panyebar due to many problems with rainwater coming inside. It’s been a difficult and costly “fix”. We are trying to be being wise making the repairs so that in the future we can expand and one day add a much-needed library! But our immediate focus is to make sure no more water comes into the existing classroom, that the kids be safe, and that they can walk to the rest-rooms without getting drenched when it’s raining.

If you’d like to help, please send your donations to Impacto and designate to Compassion and make a note HTP Repair. Rainy season is still going strong and we don’t want to have to close for fear of endangering the children. They and their families depend on HT so please help if you can. Thank you.
