Oh February, the month of love! We’ve had a wonderful first half of the month.
Below we’d like to share a few Praises and Prayer Requests.
PRAISES
- We were able to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Abuelitos! They went down by the lake and had a picnic and a gift exchange. They had so much fun and enjoyed showering each other with Christ’s love!
- We praise God as we have had awesome people ministering alongside us this month! We truly believe teams are a blessing, not only to our community, but our staff as well.
- We praise God for His provision. This month we had a need come up for one of our churches, and God provided! Though He is our provider, we are grateful to those who rally behind us and support the ministry in Guatemala. Everything we do is to try and further His Kingdom.
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

PRAYER REQUESTS
- Please continue to lift our staff in prayer. Pray for spiritual and physical strength. And pray that we may encounter daily opportunities to share the Gospel and about God’s love for us.
- We ask that you continue to pray for all the teams joining us this year. Please pray for physical protection over them. Pray that God will work in them and through them as they minister to the people of Guatemala.
- Continue to pray for provision over all our ministries. We are officially up to six Happy Tummies and a seventh one on the way! God has been so good and has used this ministry to bring many families to Christ.
