Here we are, halfway through June, can you believe that? This year seems to be flying by. As our staff continues with our busiest season, we wanted to share some Praises and Requests with you.
PRAISES
- The first four teams of the summer have been wonderful! We’ve had different trainings, time with the HT kids and Abuelitos, help with Stitches of Blessings, and so much more! There is no doubt in our minds that God uses each team to bring many closer to Christ and introduce many to Jesus.
- We praise God because we’ve been able to see old friends we haven’t seen since 2019 and we also hosted two brand new teams! God is so good at providing Impacto with human resources.
- We are so grateful to see the ministries blossoming. After a tough 3 years of the Pandemic, it almost felt like we were starting over. But God has been good and He has used Impacto to share His love with the community.

PRAYER REQUESTS
- We have our Bible Conference coming up next month. Pray that all who come will leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and ready to fight the good fight! We are still in need for funds for this ministry event, if you’d like to help, please visit our website or clicking on DONATE NOW.
- We ask that you continue to pray for our staff as we have 8 more consecutive weeks of teams. Most weeks we’ll be hosting two teams or more. Pray for protection, safety, and strength.
EXPANSION!
As we’ve been hosting teams in our new compound, Xejuyu (Shae-who-you), our staff has seen the need to get our second quadplex (rooms) built. When making rooming lists for the teams we try to be quite considerate of married couples and families, however with 4 rooms that gets a little hard sometimes. We also have many weeks where we are hosting multiple teams simultaneously, and a second quadplex is truly needed. We also have ministry events, such as Bible Conference, Pastor’s and Leader’s Congress, and Zona Cero (youth camp). It has made such a difference for the teams to be closer to our ministry locations and our homes. We are so grateful that God has provided.
