Living in the “Eternal Land of Spring” (Guatemala) we sometimes miss the change in seasons. However, as the north is starting to see the first signs of spring we are reminded of God’s constant in our lives through change, challenges, joys, wins, and loses.
Through change, nonetheless, we can always find reasons to praise and glorify God as well as laying prayer requests at His feet. Below are some we’d like to share with you.
PRAISES
- We praise God for each team that served with us these first 3 months of the year. It was a busy and blessed season. We are so grateful for all the teams that come, that share the Gospel, that plant the seeds, and that encourage us to continue doing what God has called us to do.
- All glory to God, from January until now we have seen 75 people come to Christ, confess Jesus as their one and only Savior, and secure their name in the Book of Life! God is so good!
- We give God all the praise for setting wonderful supporters in our lives. You have such a special place in our hearts, we pray for you often and always thank God for you. The way we are encouraged by you, feel loved and prayed for by you makes a huge difference and motivates us to continue full-time in the ministry.
“God made him who had no sin to be sin for us,
so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.”
2 Corinthians 5:21
Please pray for provision as we continue to raise funds for ministry efforts. Remember, donating to our General Fund gives us the versatility to use funds where the need is the greatest. You can donate through checks or visiting our website.
Pray for strength for our staff. Lately we have seen God do some amazing things, which means the enemy is mad. Our staff has felt the weight of a spiritual warfare. We have all been spending intentional time praying for God to fight this fight for us, we are trusting in Him for full protection, strength, and to be filled with all the Fruits of the Spirit.
In the next few weeks in between teams, we have a lot of admin work as well as on-field work to catch up on. Pray that God will give us discernment and wisdom as we make decisions and work with those around us.
